Hussar retainer conversions

I've been using unarmored Warlord cavalry for Polish light horse, so what to do with the 25% of the figures that are armored? Well, I guess the post title answers that question. As per the By Fire and Sword rulebook: "Retainers wore a similar style of armor [to the hussar companions], but it was much less decorated." Sounds good to me!

The horse will have gaps filled and mould lines fixed. Also, the shoulder armor may be refined a bit, the top plate isn't really shaped right yet.
